Board of DirectorsSig Anderman is Founder, CEO and President of Ellie Mae. He was named one of the "Ten Most Influential People In The Mortgage Industry" by the Inman Organization in 2005. Carl Buccellato, is a co-founder, former Director, long-time President and Chief Executive, and currently Chairman Emeritus of Homeowners Group, Inc., the largest network of real estate companies in the United States, with 20,000 member real estate offices, and 200,000 agents handling 25% of the national volume of residential real estate. Homeowners Group, with $50 million in annual revenues, provides a variety of support services for its member real estate companies, including marketing programs, insurance and other services for its member firms. Mr. Buccellato was named Marketing Executive of the Year by the American Management Association in 1987 and serves on a variety of industry boards, including the President's Advisory Council on Real Estate, the Real Estate Buyers Council. Craig Davis was the long-time President of Washington Mutual's Home Loans and Insurance Services Group, directing its growth in becoming the leading mortgage banking operation in the United States. Prior to Washington Mutual, Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President managing mortgage origination channels for American Savings Bank and Home Savings of America, which were acquired by Washington Mutual. Mr. Davis has also served on several key industry and civic boards and councils including the Mortgage Bankers Association Real Estate Board of Governors, Fannie Mae's National Advisory Council, the Seattle World Trade Center, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and the Seattle Repertory Theatre. A. Barr Dolan, Managing Partner of Charter Life Sciences. Dolan was a general partner of Charter Ventures since 1982. He holds M.S. and B.A. degrees from Cornell University, an M.A. degree from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Mr. Dolan is a director of several private companies. Alan S. Henricks, is the acting chief financial officer of Livescribe, Inc., a consumer electronics company. From September 2006 to May 2009, Mr. Henricks served as chief financial officer of Pure Digital Technologies, a consumer electronics company, and from May 2009 to August 2009 he was a private consultant. From December 2003 to September 2006, Mr. Henricks served as chief financial officer of Traiana, a software company. From November 2001 to July 2003, Mr. Henricks served as chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Cenzic, a security software company. Prior to November 2001, Mr. Henricks served as a senior executive officer at a variety of companies, including serving as chief financial officer of Informix Software, Documentum, Borland International, Cornish & Carey and Maxim Integrated Products. Mr. Henricks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University. Jerald L. Hoerauf, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for CoreLogic, a leading provider of consumer, financial and property information, analytics and services to business and government. In this role, Hoerauf oversees business development, including mergers and acquisitions, and corporate marketing and communications for CoreLogic. CoreLogic, formerly the Information Solutions Group of The First American Corporation, began trading under the ticker symbol CLGX on the NYSE on June 2, 2010 following the separation of First American's Financial Services businesses from its information solutions businesses. Hoerauf has over 35 years experience in the real estate and credit information services industry. In 1986, he launched and operated the predecessor company to the current CoreLogic business, TRW Property Data, and was subsequently appointed Senior Vice President, Strategic Development for Experian. Hoerauf holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Robert J. Levin is a consultant to Redbrick Partners in Washington DC, and former executive vice president and chief business officer for Fannie Mae, where he oversaw and integrated the organization’s single-family mortgage, mortgage portfolio and mortgage-backed securities businesses, as well as Fannie Mae’s housing and community development segment. Throughout his 28 year tenure with Fannie Mae, Mr. Levin served as the organization’s interim chief financial officer, and held various executive-level positions in the areas of marketing and corporate finance. He holds a BA in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Mr. Levin is an active member of the board of trustees for Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia and a past board member of the National Alliance to End Homelessness. Bernard M. Notas has, since 2003, been Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of BTIG, LLC, a securities firm. Mr. Notas was previously Chief Financial Officer/Managing Director for Montgomery Securities. Frank Schultz is a former Chairman & CEO of ITT Financial Corp and the original designer of the PLUS+ ATM network. |
